General Admission Tickets
Anyone intending to enter the event must have a general admission ticket, available from the venue directly at the link on this page. VIP and Inner Circle Upgrades
do not include a General Admission Ticket.
BOLETOS DE ADMISION GENERAL
Cualquier persona que quiere participar en el evento debe tener un boleto de entrada general, disponible en el enlace de esta página. Los boletos VIP Upgrade y Inner Circle Upgrade no incluyen un boleto de admisión general.
Attention Parents
Parents with a general admission ticket are permitted to accompany their child into the building during the Inner Circle and VIP portions of the event. However, they must wait in an area nearby while that portion of the event takes place.

A los padres con un boleto general de admisión se les permite acompañar a su hijo o hija en el edificio durante las eventos abarcados por los boletos INNER CIRCLE y VIP. Sin embargo, deben esperar en un área cercana mientras que esos eventos ocurren.
Will Call
All VIP and Inner Circle Upgrades are 'Will Call Only' meaning they can only be collected at the event. No upgrades are sent in the mail or post. Please print or screenshot your order confirmation email. Your name and order number will be referenced from a list at the checkin to the event.
WILL CALL
Todas los boletos VIP Upgrade y Inner Circle Upgrade son 'Will Call Only', lo que significa que sólo se pueden recoger al inicio del evento. Estos boletos no se enviaran por correo postal o electrónico. Por favor imprimen o hagan una captura de pantalla al correo de confirmación del pedido.
